The major locations: Yokohama, Tokyo, Kunitachi, Kyoto, Nagoya, Nagasaki, Misawa*, Sagamihara*, Fussa*, Iwakuni*, Sapporo, Okinawa, Yokosuka* (those with a star* are military Lodges).    Though most Lodges are in English there is also a Japanese language Lodge and some bilingual Lodges.

The Tokyo Masonic Association (TMA) is a corporate body formed for charitable purposes and registered with the Japanese Government as a Zaidan Hojin, an incorporated foundation, and is governed by a board of trustees.  It maintains the premises where the Grand Lodge and various lodges meet, as well as contributing relief funds to those suffering from natural disasters in addition to those who exist in less fortunate circumstances.
